Indigo Dilling – Massage Therapist

My name is Indigo Dilling and I am a Transformational Guide, Shamanic Practitioner and Body-worker.

I have been working as a Professional Massage Therapist since 2002. Prior to this I worked in the Travel Industry before realising and deciding I was much more suited to caring for people and helping them improve their health than life in a office. Health has always been my passion and I enjoy eating healthily and practicing Yoga to keep myself fit and my energy flowing and I have a long interest in all natural approaches to health and self healing.

I am working closely with the Shine Team to provide massages for Foster Carers.
